*********** and extremely bad service from the store and it’s employees

I made a purchase online for two items and yesterday i received a text in the morning that one or more of my items will be delivered around my lunchtime I received a call from RAM courier driver for a delivery and he came to Wimpy near my workplace to drop off my delivery he confirmed my names and handed over my deans I asked him if I was not signing anything he said no he’s just acknowledging receipt on his machine and left it was just a small package that couldn’t even accommodate 2 items and I thought the other one was on its way but as I was to knock off at 15:30 I went online to check the progress of the other item as there was an option to track under each to my surprise they both items said delivered on the same time when I received only one item which was a T shirt dress at 14:05 the denim skirt was not included I then called the driver on his cellphone checking if maybe he didn’t realise if there’s another item in the car he said no I then called RAM and spoke to Kabelo and he said the order no from the store shows the same tracking no for both items and the error must be done from the warehouse as they don’t open packages I must refer the matter to the store I then wrote Foschini online an email and I was asked which items did I receive and I responded that it was a dress, after a while I received an email that the courier confirmed the delivery and I received the order…. yes I received the delivery and what was in the package???? Only 1 item( flared t shirt dress) and what about the denim skirt??? I feel humiliated and was taken for a ride in other words I’m being labelled as a ***** for my own money…. Where the investigations done with the warehouse packaging department NO? The courier confirmed delivery and I received the order and that’s it,,, I have 3 pending orders with other companies and I have never seen such bad service I order online everytime but this was the worst store I ever ordered from I’m going to escalate this further again I won’t let this rest until I get my order in a stipulated time of delivery, my afternoon was ruined , my morning is ruined again already hence I’m writing this at am’s Please check below correspondence:
