Incompetency

I had a bad experience with Foschini Trade Route they used my Id, personal information without my knowledge. There was a laybe out to the value of R299 on the 4th March 2022 and with Popi act thr customer's Information is important. I felt humiliated, victimized and making me a ********. I lodged my complain with the Cathy Havenga and she apologized and assigned my matter to Illana Jones who promised to resolve my matter within a week to date my matter is not resolved I thought customer is king not with Foschini. The issue that could have been dealt with within 2days is still dragging till now. Illana promised to take action againts their staff members Sbongile Rights and Lerato and she apologized.as well and wanted to offer me a R500 vouchet instant she decided to turn the table against me to say there's nothing wrong they did after spending R2000 in 2021 December the 18th worse. With their new system RFID there"s no way the customer can sign items out without putting their signature but how it happened i dont know all of a sudden no one is taking blame . The line manager failed to do her job properly . I want to sue the shop for using my Id without my knowledge.
