Incompetence staff members

I'm truly annoyed by the incompetence with staff of TFG/FOSHINI. November I went in store in Potchefstroom Mooi River Mall and made a payment upon my payment I asked the lady assisting me can she make my account a debit order. She then went through her system made a call to head office and then said yes my account is a debt order all I have to do is not make a cash payment before my monthly date of debating, so I did exactly that. Then comes December now I'm been harassed with calls saying I didn't make payment when I specifically went in store asked for the debit option and I was informed this is what I have to do so it kicks in... I find this very annoying because also when I was in Mahikeng the ladies there completely said they don't do debit order because some ridiculous story of when you pay by debit order it doesn't stop deducting of which I knew its ******* and I insisted on it then they said actually they don't know how. I find it inconvenient your level of incompetence/laziness of your staff members where I must use my petrol go in store ask for assistance then I'm told some mucky mouse story and I end up being hounded by calls that could have been avoided if just the staff members of foshini could have done their job in the first place.
