Incompetence Service

I bought a cellphone from Foschini on the 19th of May 2019 and the phone stopped working went blank, on the 29th of September 2019 which i returned the cellphone back to the store explained what happened, then i was told that they will take the phone to repairs, then the repairs centre came back saying that the cellphone has glues which i wouldn't be awareof if the phone has glue or not. Till today i haven't received any feedback from Foschini, the only response i am receiving " they will escalate to management" for heaven sake i don't have a phone it's been more than a month now, and it is annoying. I should i rather go to CPA ?
