Incompetence from Foshini/ TFG.

This is so ridiculous! I paid for an item and to have it delivered. After I paid I received an email conform. I noticed that my contact number was incorrect. I immediately sent an email to TFG explaining the problem with my correct contact number as well. They responded that they contacted the courier company and sent them my info. Today I received an email saying the that my parcel will be delivered. I sent an email to RAM with my contact info. NO ONE RESPONDED! Now I receive an email from TFG saying that the order will be canceled after 3 attempts?

Are you people just lazy or ***********?? How much more of this can people tolerate? Do you think you are doing is a favor???

Is it so difficult to correct information on your side???
