Incompetence at its’ peak!

Very disappointed with the service at Foschini Maponya Mall. Your trading hours clearly state that the store closes at 6PM during the week, yet I arrived at 17:50 today only to find the store already closed. I drove all the way from Melrose specifically to collect an order, only to be turned away 10 minutes before closing time.

Customers plan around your stated operating hours, so closing early without notice is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Please do better.
