incompetence

I opened a foshini account! Was told I had a credit limit of R12 000. I made purchases and still had enugh credit left! Like a oblivious fool I went to foshini today to make a purchase only to be embarrassed at the till because apparently my account is blocked! The cashier phoned. Customer care, after several questions the consultant told me my account will be unblocked now. She asked to speak to the cashier againt, she hanged up and told me they need documents from me and that the account is not unblocked!! This was an embaressing situation and I am unhappy with what happened. As a newcustomer I feel totally dissapointed, embaressed and let down by this situation!!!!
