Inadequate service

In year 2022 on the 25th June , I bought mtn samsung A32 4G blue DS NL at Foschini store. Later last year on the 27 June 2023 i took the phone back to the store due to fault occurrence ( device froze instantly ) till to date i receive mixed message from the store including R2600 amount i have to pay and R350 for courier while the phone is still within 24 months of warranty(MLW)
