In debtor’s collection for R30

Foschini placed me in debtors collection for R50. R30 was a value added service fee I had forgotten to pay after I had paid up my account in full, and R20 was a collection fee they charged. After 20 years with a foschini account who has never missed a payment, I find that unacceptable. Conclusion of this fiasco, my credit score rating was lowered so I was unable to get a cellphone contract and all of this happened during these trying times. I am appalled by this action from Foschini.
