Improve customer service support (email and telephone)

The customer service is terrible. I have an issue which should have been resolved within a day but I hvae sent the same documents over and over for close to 2 weeks. Verifying some details and setting up a debit oder can't be that difficult surely. Each time I communicate by email or phone, a new person handles the issue and I have to start at the beginning
