Impossible to cancel monthly magazine

My mother is finding it impossible to cancel the monthly magazine - she tried to do it in store, where they told her she has to contact the call center. When she calls the call center, they pass her along from one person to the next with no resolution. She asked me to try and cancel it online, but the Foschini website is next to useless and you can't register on the TGF site because there's constantly "technical problems". Surely it's ******* to make it so difficult to opt out of a monthly subscription? We're very frustrated and angry!
