******* and unfair blockage of my account without being informed

I am very upset and disappointed by the way I'm treated by Foschini. I opened an account, submitted by contract document. The person who captured indicated that my contract ends in March 2018 instead of March 2019. in March this year, I went to buy in a shop, I was told my account is blocked because my contract has expired, nobody called me to find out from me. It is not true, I am working and have never lost a job in my life, 13 years working solid. The funny thing is I pay my accounts on time, extra every month even though i'm blocked from using the account because i am unemployed, this is stupid and frankly disrespectful towards me, because how can i continue to make payments if i am unemployed, or have not source of employment. Why must I suffer for the mistakes and incompetence that Foschini capturing unit did a mistake, but I am being punished as a well-behaved customer instead, i will not let this go? This is not fair and its oppression of my rights as a customer. Still on contract, when I sent my contract to get the block lifted in May, June and July, i was sent from post to pillar by stores in Pretoria. I pay my account over instalment amount and on time, i demand my account be lifted because it's unfair that I am told today that my contract is less than 6 months, so my account cant be unblocked. why was it blocked, because the contract dates where until 2019 March, why in 2018 March y account is blocked. If this is not done tomorrow afternoon, I will report Foschini to the consumer protection for this unfair and unprofessional behavior, i am a good paying customer i don't deserve this. The way i see it, Foschini should unblock my account immediately, i meant by tomorrow 13h00. I will collect my new card at Wonderpark mall. If not, im lodging an official complaint against Foschini on the grounds of unfair block imposed on my account due to mistakes caused by a person that captured by employment dates wrong. UNBLOCK MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY, I WILL COLLECT MY CARD AT WONDERPARK MALL STORE TOMORROW (22 NOVEMBER 2018) AFTERNOON! I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK!!
