Dear Sir/Madam

Upon making payment arrangements I am experiencing problems with my bank thus resulting in a late payment.

One of the consultants by the name Mike now phones on my WORK phone which I am not allowed personal calls on and when I tell him that I am unable to talk if he could phone on my cellphone. He says he has me on the line now why must he phone my cellphone...

Would Foschini prefer if I had no job at all so you dont get any money back?
