IBT failure
Was in the store and wanted to buy a dress. Unfortunately my size was not available and I had a dress transferred to the store. Im still awaiting for the dress to arrive after 3 weeks. I have called to he store countless times with the promise that this matter will be attended to. Im still awaiting my phone call and the dress.
