I was sold a broken watch

I bought a watch only to realise when I got home one of those stick things was loose when I tilted the watch it would also turn I returned it with the slip and I was told they don't fix watches I went to another branch in durban hoping they could assist me and they said I must buy a battery I did but still my watch wasn't working and nothing was ever done. I had to go else where to fix my watch for an additional R120 only to find that the fault was something inside the watch. I'm really dissappointed in the service I received from foshini and I don't think I'll ever buy anything from there anymore or advise others to do so
