I was shopping at Foschini Gateway Mall on Sunday 26/11/2017. Being a mth end weekend the store was busy and chaotic seemed to be no order and tidiness around sale items with clothing items lying even on floor.

My experience was rather shocking and disturbing I am still in very upset. Hazel was the name of the employee that spoke to me in a very rude manner. I was looking through the sale items on a very cluttered clothing rail and an item fell, she very rudely said to me "now dat id not fair these are the sale items i must give others a chance to look and asked me to pick up thr item". I was surprised and shocked and i apologised to her and picked up the item and hung it back onto the shelf. Thr worse part is that she was not wearing a name badge so i wasnt sure if she was just a general worker there. when i got to cashiers i asked for her name and after them askin 2 or 3 other people we managed to get her name.
