I went to the store to complain about a cell phone I bought it is giving me problems the assistant told me the is nothing that he can do about the phone while I was ther he was assisting another customer he dent seem to care he just told me to go to the branch that I bought the phone from because he will never book the phone for me he told me if the repairs department can't find anything wrong with the phone It will come back to him like as he is doing the wrong thing of booking a fone that doesn't have any problem I don't want the phone anymore I will never ever support the foschini group again and I always bought my cellfone at the store but the treatment that I got today it was very very bad I need to tell the other people about the service that I got because of one person I will never ever shop at foschini the assistant didn't want to hear anything he told me from the beginning that I must not give him any problems I work at retail as well but that is not the service that I give to my customers either black or white he didn't want to know anything about my complain the only important customer was the one he was serving and it was a white lady buying jewellery while I was
