I want my money foschini

On the 8th of December I went to foschini @ cresta mall and purchased a bag for R700 when I was paying at the till there was load shedding but the money already went off my acc I was not given the bag cos they said they not sure if it was received from their side even if I showed them on my side that the money went out from my acc ok fine I understood I went back to the store for a refund as I got something else from somewhere else even today im still waiting for the refund they requested my bank statement which I gladly sent when I call the store it’s always the same story that they sorting it out till today when I call no response they don’t even respond to emails foschini is such a big store for this nonsense they don’t know how treat customers just a simple refund it has to take them weeks 😡 ***
