I want and formal appology with compansation

Foschini The Glen wrongfully accused me of *****ing cosmetics . i went in carrying 4 chocotale slabs and a trolly with a pack of tissues from clicks went to foschini looking for something to buy , took an iteme then decided to put my chocolates to my bag went to fitting room., i was not statisfied then went out leaving the item on the hanger.

when i was at Edgars i was called by a centre security lady name Jane and 2 ladies from fischini , i went with then i was asked for my bag as they wanted the cosmetics that i stole. the ladies that searched my bag was Happy and Yvonne.

after they realised that i never stole anyting there was no sorry or what so ever . i sugested that they also strip seach me to make sure before they cause me any more embarasment, but they refused, they refused to show me their footages and they Manager did not even appologies to me. i was treated like trash and i want justice.
