I regret buying at Foschini Alberton

Good day ,

I regret buying at Foschini Alberton – I brought shoe(R399.00) for my mother on 5th October and she only wear it once for 2 hours prayer but it was damaged then I called them on Wednesday the 9th October 2019

They said she can come and exchange, she went there on Friday 11th but they told her that she must but softer brand/ put extra sole as this shoes are not strong.

What makes me unhappy is that I also have same shoe and I wear it more than once but they still fine.

Clearly Foschini Alberton team lacks customer service at all the times.
