I paid R1144 at Foschini Eastgate on Saturday 04 Dec. Their system went offline, I received no goods, and the money has not been refunded. I have: Visited the store 3 times Emailed my bank statement Opened Head Office case CS-*** It is now day 9 with no response or refund. I was forced to pay again for the same item because of their delays. I demand immediate refund of R1144 and a written update today. No further delays will be tolerated.
