I PAID OFF MY ACCOUNT AND RECORDS NOT UPDATED

I owed Foschini an amount of R850. The amount was paid off in full on the 25 November 2015. I called in earlier to request that the account be closed off and requesting a letter confirming that my account has been paid off. The agent referred me to a debt collector called VeriCredit Collection. I was told to pay a levy of R26.22 to release confirmation that my account is paid off. I paid the requested amount R26.22. I paid the money due to Foschini last week already and still no updates and they are refusing to close the account as I do not owe them anymore. People at VeriCredit do not respond to my mails. I sent through proof of payment, I am not satisfied with this type of treatment.
