I need my refund

Foschini online is a ****, the whole business is a disgrace.. Placed orders on the 31st of July only for them to be cancelled and I was promised a refund, the email said I should call them after 10 days if I haven't received my refund.... When I call them I am first told my refund was processed then the story changed to I should check my bank app because they never took the money for the cancelled items, funny enough the money went through with their reference numbet
