I'M BEING ******!!!THIS IS A PURE CRIME

I opened an account around October last year...i haven't been using the account a lot but i did buy clothes. after a while i noticed that my installment goes up every month.I then decided to login and check my statement and only to find that there were bills of subscription that were in my account for each and every month of which I never subscribed for...i then called to have them cancelled and have them reversed and they said they'd do that and send an email to show the reversals but even today haven't received such and when u call dem they never respond...I'm planning to find a legal option of dealing with this matter because I cant jst sit back and allow such ********* to rob me the money i worked very hard for.and them having seen that I view my statements and noticed that i've been ****** they removed the option for viewing my statements online......FOSCHINI GROUP ARE ********* AND I WILL MAKE SURE I TAKE LEGAL STEPS AGAINST THEM....I WORK HARD FOR MONEY AND IF THEY THINK THEY GONNA GET IT EASY THEY BETTER THINK TWICE I'M NOT LETTING THIS ONE GO
