I JUST WANT MY REFUND!

15/07/22 I purchased a mobile phone ( MIA REDMI 10 Grey DS). Sales person convinced and assured me that he literally just took it out the box and put it on display as he just sold a customer the one that was on the display. If I were to have issues I should return it within the 7 days. Started using the mobile on the 3rd day of purchasing it, it started heating up for 2 days on and off. On the 6th day of purchasing, I returned it. they told me the technician would come collect it just to check if I dropped it or not and they will get back to me within 4 working days. Its been 14 working days and they have been giving me the run around and I have on numerous times asked for a refund. We got a hold of their head office and they advise that I could get my refund, called back the manager and he straight up told my partner that the head office is giving out false information. Laid a complaint and was told they will get back to me within 3 working days, called on 3rd day only to be told I should get a hold of the area manager, which she has not been answering her phone all day.
