I opened a new clothing accounts at Jet on August. I took A24 Samsung phone which cost 4500 and before I took other items they require a payment of 1345 and I paid it and took the items I wanted and the time .September I went to pay my monthly installment at Pinecrest mall shopping center Durban Pinetown. I asked the cashier how much was my installment she rep**** saying it doesn't show and I asked her how so ?and how much should I pay then ?she told me maybe they froze the account suspecting ***** since I took a phone I was puzzled but the I said ok I will pay 500 since it's not showing they gave the receipt which I remember very well it didn't have more details like others like balance and how much credit left . Ok October I went to pay again different branch this time Pavillion shopping mall same store fochini . The cashier asked me which accounts I'm paying for?😳I asked her how many accounts showing because I had an account before I paid it and closed it ? I told her the one I'm paying is the recent one and I gave her my ID because I had left my fochini card at home she told me the installment I paid. I told her about my last payment at pinetown story she withdraw a statement for me showing no 500 payment made😳she advise me to go to the branch and even to the old account last payment that was made there was in 2021 😳I went to the pinetown branch to enquire where did my 500 payment go to and I lost my receipt I withdraw my 3months bank statement for them and gave them my ID and fochini card to make copies they said they will get back to me that was 2 Nov till today no response
