I had never experienced such insult in my life

I have an an account with TFG,mine is with Donna Claire.I stay in Johannesburg but my home is in Kokstad.In March this year I went home for a funeral,knowing that I have an account with TFG,I went to one of their shops,Exact,just for a scarf,There was a really long line behind me.When my turn came,they scanned my card,looked at me and the lady went straight to the office.I stood there blocking the line,only to be told that my card has been blocked,not even being taken aside,infront of all those people,in my home town,people who know me well.Nobody ever apologised for that.<br> I went to Cape Town on the 5 October coming back on the 9.I was a tourist in CapeTown.The weather was a complete change.As a tourist with a TFG card I had a passort to every shop in SA.Unfortunately I could not get any help.<br> My worst day is today,I have a very bad injury on my ankle.I to drive to East Gate Mall to buy my son some clothes,I bught him a gift card as I could not stand long,my card has been blocked,I was there myself with my Id and my card,but Im blocked.<br> I DONT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH TFG ANYMORE,PAYING YOU AND IM OUT<br> <br> <br>
