I don't want refund, I want my products

I placed a order (P***) online for 4 items but I received only 1 items the rest was cancelled due to no stock. when i bought the items was in stock. Monday 03/08/2020 when I called Thuli Sigcishe says there is no stock so my question is why did they take my money if the items were not on stock?. I am staying 10 minutes away from Springs mall i was gone go there. Thuli promised to escalate the matter to her manager but when i called today (05/08/2020) they say there is no complain received for my order. why don't you deliver my items when you receive stock than giving me a refund?I am very disappointed
