I cant make a sim swap because mtn says I still have a contract foschini group even though it was cancelled months ago

<p>As the title says, I want to make a sim swap with MTN but they wont allow me because their records say that i still have a contract with Foschini group.</p> <p>I was contacted months ago by a rep from foschini group to purchase an airtime contract from them for R45. The contract was agreed to but it never materialized. Foschini group debited me for the first month but never sent me the airtime. I went into the store to cancel the contract and after long discussions it was resolved and my money was sent back to my account. I though this was the end of it. Several months have passed since that incident and now I need to do a sim swap but MTN tells me that they cant do a sim swap because Foschini group still has a contract running with me. I need this sorted out as soon as possible because I cannot use my phone until I get a sim swap. Please contact me ASAP foschini group! </p>
