I called into foschini Irene mall on the 6th of June and the phone was picked up by Lizzy apparently she's the store manager. I requested a her to check for the size on a trench dress , I then asked her to please set the dress aside for me as I need to collect it tomorrow morning... This Lady is rude and horribly casual with customers, she told me if someone else is looking for the dress she will give it away and belittle me while asking me if I know bash the online store , she then continued to call me Chomi (which means friend in slang) and I asked her not to call me that ..she then dropped the phone on me and told me to go ahead and report her to foschini head office. Am apauled by a senior manager who behaves like this .I called for the second time she picked up the phone again the put the phone on hold and left me hanging. Disappointing
