I am trying to pay and they are not assisting

I am just disappointed in the fact that I was good enough when I was a purchasing and paying client, when I went through a tough time they handed me over to a bad collections company that seems to not know what they are doing and who is not willing to reason. When I need Foschini the most they leaving me to the dogs, I am now trying to settle my account with no joy, there is just no one trying to go half way. I called both Edgars and Truworths and they were both able to give me reasonable settlements that helped me get out of debt but Foschini hands us over to a company who is there to get as much money out for themselves and not willing to help me.
