I am speechless

Hi i was looking for a pair of Pajamas for my wife, and the online branch never had stock in her size, so i click on the link "Check store stock" so i did and i also got the SKU number which the store that i contact will be able to look on their system in store. So I found the Donna Claire N1 City branch had stock on the pair of Pajamas in her size, so I phoned the branch and got through to a lady and then described the pajamas and she said she will have a look and then i wanted to give the SKU number to make it easier for her and she just straight out refused to take it and then went to look and then was told that they have no stock and then i told her that would it not be easier if i gave you the SKU number and she again said no and then i told her that i was online and i checked there and it says that they had in stock. And i was speechless by her response to that sentence. she responded and said that the reason that there is difference in stock is because people ***** from their store.
