I am so disappointed

I am so disappointed wirh TFG. I claim a phone on the ********** 8 at Total Sport and another one ag Forschini in Zevenvarcht. I have bewn witi g for them till today to give my phone. Gusss what they are actually blaming one another. Forschinii gave mw the phone. but rhe according to Total Sport that was their claim. So. I am now. sitying here without a phone for rhw whole year but the premiums are deducted foe rhe phone that I dont have. I am so up to ..... about rhis.
