I am not a *****

I am writing this review as I am very angry and disappointed with the way that Foschini- Canal Walk in Century City treated my friend and I, on the 18th of August 2023. The Foschini Manager and Staff with the security came to us and locked us in a control room and said that we stole the perfume on the 24th of July 2023. They said that they have footage however they showed us the pictures of which it was not us at all. I am so upset and angry and we were both crying and we are willing to approach legal route. This was the worst nightmare of my life being accused of being a *****. I want feedback from Foschini and we are going to open a case for defamation of a character. Your staff is not well trained and they even show any remorse after this. everyone was looking at us and it was like a move. We are unable to focus at work and to the point whereby we are even afraid to go to Canal Walk Mall because we are scared of our lives as we might know what will happen.
