I am most disappointed with the Foshini Group
Yesterday I go to Sportsene and want to purchase two items I get told I can't as my account is blocked and need to submit 3 months bank statements and my ID book my account has only been open for 2 months on the 23rd of October I got a message stating I need to submit these documents then I get a message saying an error was made and I have been given a R200.00 voucher for the inconvenience BUT MY ACCOUNT IS STILL BLOCKED!!!! Now after I have already submitted these documents I must go stand at a bank just to resubmit them I call this pathetic to be honest and real inconvenience!! I then go to American Swiss to buy a bracelet after waiting +-30minutes as they haven't got a price I then get a given a price but is +-R200 more than advertised on the website! I am disgusted by the group and wouldn't recommend the group to anyone!
