How many forms do i need to fill in???

Good day <br> I phoned tgf head office (fochini) on Monday and asked them how do I go about for a credit limit increase, because I want to buy the Samsung Note 5 Cellphone on HI Online on my account.<br> <br> They told me I will have to go instore and fill in a limit increase form, I did so Monday afternoon and Wednesday, when I phoned them, they told me that I should've ticked the credit top up box and not the credit limit box, so I went back to the store (fochini river square) and filled in a new form and ticked the credit top up box.<br> <br> Today a *** number phoned me, I answered and they didn't speak to me, andput the phone down, so I called fochini river square and asked the lady to find out whats going on with my query, she phoned me back and told me, now I have to fill in the credit limit form again and not the top upform. What the hell is going on??? How many more forms do I need to fill in!!! I DID FILL IN THE CREDIT LIMIT FORM THE FIRST TIME!!! JUST GO BACK ON YOUR SYSTEMS AND USE THAT ONE!!!!!!<br> <br> How can it be so difficult? Please guys! i pay my account evey month on time and I pay more that I should! Please give me a limit increase to buy my dream phone! please
