How Foschini Group and Fidelity Security Company

Last week Wednesday My Family was at Mall of Africa in the afternoon shopping, My Wife was accosted by the Fidelity Security personnel, frog marched through Mall to the Security office and kept there for a good 40 minutes. She was told to just sit and wait with no charge, a Security personnel from Foschini came to identify her and they said the perpetrator was not there, what we were told was that the person they were looking for was wearing a long blue dress and carrying a black bag which my Wife had a green/black and yellow dress. The Centre Manager came over and did acknowledge the flauting of Security Processes and apologised, We then went to the Foschini Shop where my Wife had not even entered on the said day, there was no Store Manager, when the Security Personnel was asked of the description she provided to the Fidelity Security Personnel the story changed. we called the Regional Manager for Foschini on the very evening, the next morning and SMS detailing what fait we faced at their Store and to this day He has not seen fit to engage with us, we were told he was out of Town. The Store Manager - Yolanda only called us with the insistence of the Centre Manager at 11:30 on Thursday. Then Koketso from Foschini Head Office called us as well with the promise that the Regional Manager will engage with us that very Thursday but its Monday 11:11 and still we are ignored. The Ops Manager for Fidelity Security Company was called as well and brushed us over by saying they will do an internal investigation of the matter and to this day we are awaiting their response. The humiliation, the shouting and arrogance of the Security Personnel metered to my Wife cant be just another basic sorry when the reputation of a shopper was completely damaged.
