How did security Tag arrive at my House

I receive my cap with security Tag after online ordering,tried to get them to remove it is a hassle,the Lauren from BASH SUPPORT says i must take just take it back to sport scene to be removed,

But why don't they just pick it up ,just like they have delivered it and replace it.

Reason i order online is to avoid lines and saving my time. The want me to travel 40km which i was avoiding to go get tag removed.

Is it my fault now that you guys dropped the ball?

Why do i have to spend R3000.00 On a cap and sneakers but not be satisfied? I am still disappointed with BASH ONLINE,,,,
