HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I Was at Foschini Store in Greenstone yesterday looking for a shoe. Lady at shoe department was very helpful and patient but could find the second shoe from the back since the one on display was the last pair. The lady then called Nadia to assist who was at the front counter. She was busy helping customers which I had no problem of, so I waited. When she was done, the lady from the shoe section called Nadia again and she ran away. Nadia eventually came back, and stayed at the counter, without even coming to help the lady look for the shoe. After 15 minutes waiting I decided to leave the shop. This was confirmation that I had done right by closing my Foschini account a while back. I was starting to warm up to the idea of shopping at Foschini again but after Nadia's ordeal, I doubt that will happen ever.
