HORRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE AND UNBEARABLE.

It's over a month now waiting for my refund from foschini online and the HORRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE service that i've been getting from Pear and Bianca(online customer service) its unbearable i'm phoning every week for a feedback and its always " we logging a call regarding your issue" and nothing have been done today 02 Sep 2020 I just phoned again for a feedback and I spoke to Pearl, she also did the same thing " logging a call and following up".
