Horrible treatment

I bought foschini tracksuits at foschini waterfront bloemfontein. I wore the tracksuit once and it made wobbles without being washed. I returned all the tracksuits even the new ones for a refund but the staff was soo horrible to me,they called their floor manager who came & just looked at me. They only took back the new ones & told me the one with wobbles and poor quality is not their problem.
