Horrible service from foschini group

I have had a horrible experience with the Foschini Group, I paid them in full and was promised a paid up letter, from the 13th of May I have not received it since. When they need their money they make sure someone contacts you but when you have paid them then they are silent. The agents dont know what they talking about and they are not speaking one language.
