Horrible service/ entitlement on store testers

What a horrible service I received from Dimakatso at Foschini Rustenburg Mall, I walked in greeted her and her colleague who was in the phone on the sales floor, I asked for a hand cream and she looked at me like I just said a swear word, she then continued to ask me if I was buying first before she could hive me a TESTER to use on my hands. I wanted to buy a hand cream but her bad attitude and her smug face made me walk out. I am a Foschini customer but the Rustenburg service was utterly disgusting
