Horrible Service

Bought a e-gift voucher before lockdown in March and still haven't receive it. Quick to take your money but when following up on it nobody ever gets back to you, why does the customer have to resolve everything, here we are supporting this company but the customer service support lacks big time. I want my voucher! Or cash back
