Horrible process

I bought 3 items online a while ago ,all three items arrived on different times costing my to make 3trips However the last items when I went to collect it was not at the shop even though I got an sms there it’s ready To this day I never got an the item yet I paid for it the tellers or people at the shop cannot tell me where the items is ,the online purchases process it horrible
