Horrible online experience

It will be in your best interest to not but from Foschini online. I bought a lot of clothes online, while some item did not come, of those that came one still had a security tag as a result I could not wear.They then sent a driver to collect it. Its been a month I have not received a refund for both item. I have written numerous emails to their online team all they do is keep telling me stories that they will investigate. I am at a point where I feel they should actually send their driver to collect all their clothes because I'm yet to use and they refund me all my money.

Online shop requires that the shop you deal with must always act swiftly and have integrity. In this case I can't say much about Foschini.......
