Horrible Customer Service from Foshini!

Extremely bad service from Foshini! I went to the store to open an account, the lady entered wrong information and leaving it incomplete and then being told I’m unable to open an account. I knew something was wrong. I asked them for someone who can assist, got a number and called the next day. Started the process again, it was successful. Til date received no voucher as per on their adverti*****t which could be misleading!!!! Still awaiting for the manager to call me back. Beyond useless customer service. Pathetic Sales people in East Rand Mall and Trade route mall!!! Work on your customer service.
