Horrible customer service and bad attitude

Horrible customer service. So i bought a white T shirt at one of ur store and now because of quality problem i had to return it but when i get to your store at the grove mall am firstly greeted by a lady at the door, after telling her what i am there for she instantly rush to accuse me of ruining the product myself. Fast forward the manager Lebo tells me that she can not help me exchange the product because i don't have the slip and don't exactly remember when i bought, she also rudely explain that it is my responsibility to keep slips of every item i buy. I am then told that i need to find a prove of payment or i will not get any help from the store which to me is ridiculous and am left with a Torn T shirt i bought a month ago. The worst service and attitude i have ever had as a retailer myself.
