Horrible customer service

horrible service , supervisor' even worse , one person at the tills for the clothing items. I went to Northgate to exchange a purse that I had bought at Clearwater mall after waiting 30 minutes in a queue to purchase, anyway , the supervisor said , and I quote "What do you want me to do with " , and she continued "I do not have this style in my shop " and she rudely walked away.

Only cosmetic department that cares about customers.
