Horrible Customer Experience

<p>I won a R3000 online voucher from Fabiani for signing up for the newsletter. I waited nearly a month to receive the voucher from Nicky Boy and when I eventually found something I like, purchased it and the voucher code I received didn’t work and it went to credit payment. I called the online contact centre and spoke to Donita and Mike on two different occasions advising them that the voucher wasn’t working and also expressed my concern on both occasions that the order would be cancelled and the additional discount I received would no longer be available. I eventually received an email saying the order as I feared was cancelled. I was then contacted by Donita again with a new voucher code and I had to reselect the items and now no further discount was available. No effort was made to offer the items at the discounted rate. I received a message saying that one of the items I selected is not available as they don’t have any stock. I emailed Nicky and Donita and still have not received a reply or even a phone call from either of them. No plan of action as to how to resolve my issue or to turn around this horrible experience. This is the service I received from one of South Africa's biggest retail groups!</p>
